We are looking for our new flat mate as of 01.12
Our flat is spacious, bright and elegant with wooden floors, rendered high ceiling and minimalist design.
It’s located in the very center of Prenzlauer Berg, one of the coolest and most beautiful districts in Berlin. The famous Oderbergerstrasse as well as Mauerpark are round the corner. The house is ideally connected to public transportation with U-Bahn, Tram and buses being in 1 minute (!) walking distance. Various cafes, restaurants and bars as well as supermarkets, bakeries and other stores are just outside our doorstep.
The room is furnished, bright and quiet. It has a king-size bed, big wardrobe, desk and a huge window overlooking the beautiful backyard.
Warm rent is 650€ and comprises of the cold rent (600 €) plus utility costs: electricity, water, heating, internet a.o
Life in our flat is fun, respectful and international. We appreciate each other’s privacy but we will be happy to do something together from time to time. We are looking for someone who attaches value to cleanliness, tidiness and aesthetics.
