I’m looking for a flatmate to move into my lovely apartment from mid-February 2025 until June 2025, with the possibility to extend if everything works out well for both of us.
About the Apartment:
The flat is 83 sqm, bright, and cozy. It has:
- Furnished bedroom (bed + standing desk)
- A spacious living room with floor-to-ceiling windows that connect to the kitchen and a walk-around balcony.
- A fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher and coffee machine.
- Bathroom with shower and washing machine.
- Fibre-optic Wi-Fi
The flat is fully furnished, so you won’t need to bring your own furniture—just your personal items to make it feel like home!
Location:
The flat is in a peaceful residential area near underground station Vinetastraße and Schönhauser Allee. You’ll find restaurants, shops, and cultural spots just a short walk away, with trams (M2, M12, M13) right outside the door. Mauerpark is only a 10-minute bike ride away.
About You:
I’m looking for a responsible, friendly, and tidy flatmate who values open communication and a comfortable living environment. Ideally, someone who enjoys a mix of socializing and personal space. Bonus points if you have a green thumb and don’t mind watering plants occasionally!

The flat is close to the subway station Vinetastraße and the suburban railway Schönhauser Allee. Directly in front of the door, you have access to either the M2, M12 or M13 trams and are within walking distance of Stahlheimer Straße, Pappelalle and Schönhauser Allee. If you are looking for culture and the nearest restaurant, you don't have to go far. The flat is located right on the border between Prenzlauer Berg and Pankow and is in a quiet residential area. However, if you like to be right in the middle of things, you can easily reach everything on foot within 10 minutes. The entire residential area is a green oasis in the middle of the city jungle and the Mauerpark can be reached by bike in 10 minutes.
