I am sub-letting my room (ca 23sqm in a two people flat of 90sqm) from 20st december to 26th january.
The room is furnished including a 140x220m bed, desk, big sofa and space for clothes in the big cupboard.
Your flatmate is a nice english speaking women in her twenties who studies in berlin.
The flat has a large shared living room with a big table, sofa and large TV. Kitchen has everything it needs and bathroom too.
The location is ca 6-7min walk to S Bahn Schönhauser allee. No balcony because the flat is ground floor, so it is important to always close the windows when leaving the apartment.
You can come by for a viewing between 16th and 19th december because i will leave berlin on 20th december.
Warm rent everthing included for the whole period (5 weeks) will be 940€. I will need 1500€ as a deposit.
No registration possible!
