Hey all! We're having a cosy room available in our flat in Prenzlauer-Berg near Schönhauser Allee and the Mauer Park. The room has high windows and is centered towards an inneryard, which is very calm and quiet. The room comes furnished, there's a coat hanger, a closet, a lamp and a bed // mattress.
We're a 4-p WG, and there's 2 balcony's in the flat (connected to other rooms), a kitchen with the possibility to hang out, a bathroom with shower/bath and an extra toilet. The flat used to be two appartments, that got connected, so there's two hallways with a lot of space. The room is initially without anmeldung, possibility for long term then with anmeldung.
The flat is centrally located in Prenzlauer Gleimviertel, very close to Schönhauser Allee (U2, Ringbahn) or Milastr. (M1). There's a Rewe around the corner, but also the Schönhauser Arcaden with all sorts of stores and things. The flat is right near Mauerpark. The neighbourhood is quite relaxed.
You’ll be living together with Kemo (M, 29), Adam (M, 28) and Liza (F, 29), we’re living in a quite community-focused way and appreciate spending time together, i.e. drinking coffee, watching movies and sharing food. We’re in a mixture of working (free-lance), studying, queer and pursuing activities around sound, cooking, making music, reading, political theory. Two of us are from Denmark and one from the Netherlands.
Our flatmate Bensin had to temporarily move back to Australia, and since it's currently unsure whether they'll be coming back to Berlin, the room is possibly available long-term (then also with Anmeldung)
