The room has 15 qm and is located on the Hinterhof-side of the flat, where you get morning sunshine and all the peace and quiet you can wish for. The Flat is Altbau with high ceilings and beautiful wood floors, the windows are new so the temperature is quite cozy.
We don't have a living room but a relatively spacious kitchen to hang out in. Lillis room has a balcony, that you can also use.
The Flat is located right on the border between Prenzlauer Berg, Weißensee and Pankow.
There is a tram going every 5 minutes in 1 minute walking distance that takes you to Prenzlauer Allee (Ringbahn) in 5 minutes, and to Alexanderplatz in 15 minutes.
Weißensee is a very cute, family area where you can find some sweet cafes and shops. Prenzlauer Berg, Mitte and Friedrichshain are easily reached by bike or tram.
You will be living with my lovely Roomie Nina and potentially another sublet, since Lilli is travelling during that time as well.
Even though its only short term, we are looking for someone cute, cozy and communicative. Nina recently moved in and it's important for her to feel at home during this new episode.
