Nice bright room in an old building, 18 sqm, wooden floorboards. We share the kitchen and bathroom. The rent is warm (everything included, also internet). The room is partly furnished (bed, armchair, desk, chair, clothes rail, chest of drawers...) If you want to bring your own things, that's fine too.
Rental period 1-4 months, possibly long-term.
Schönes helles Altbauzimmer, 18 qm, Holzdielen. Küche und Bad nutzen wir gemeinsam. Die Miete ist warm (alles drin, auch Internet). Das Zimmer ist teilmöbliert (Bett, Sessel, Schreibtisch, Stuhl, Kleiderstange, Kommode...) Wenn du eigene Sachen mitbringen willst, geht das auch.
Mietdauer möglich 1-4 Monate, eventuell auch langfristig.
Centrally located between the Greifswalderstraße and Prenzlauer Allee S-Bahn stations. Everything in Berlin is easily accessible from here.
Zentrale Lage zwischen den S-Bahnstationen Greifswalderstraße und Prenzlauer Allee. Von hier ist alles in Berlin gut erreichbar.
