We are looking for a third person to take over one room of a beautiful altbau high ceiling apartment in Prenzlauer Berg. The apartment is within a short walking distance both to tram M10 and U-bahn U2. There are several restaurants, cafes and bars in the area. The apartment has a large living room/kitchen, 2 big bathrooms and 3 separate bedrooms. The room to be rented is fully furnished and has a king size bed, wardrobe and large windows facing the courtyard. We are two young women working full-time and are looking for a like-minded individual who is flexible, open-minded and with a positive attitude. The 850 euros rent includes water and heating. In addition, there's a monthly wifi and electricity bill of 40 euros total. We also have a cleaner coming every 2 weeks and charging 15 euros per person to clean the common areas. Each person is responsible for the cleaning of their own bedroom.
