Bin knapp 5 Wochen nicht in Berlin und würde mich freuen, mein Zimmer zur Zwischenmiete abzutreten. Das Zimmer ist ca 25 Quadratmeter groß, es hat einen Balkon, Parkettboden, hohe Decken mit Stuck und viel Licht. Hier hast du gute Bücher, eine Sitzecke, ein Bett, einen höhenverstellbaren Schreibtisch und schnelles Internet. Wir teilen uns außerdem eine geräumige Wohnküche, eine Toilette und ein Badezimmer mit Dusche und Badewanne.
I’ll be out of town for just under five weeks and would love to sublet my room in the meantime. The room is about 25 square meters, has a balcony, parquet flooring, high ceilings with stucco, and plenty of light. You’ll find good books, a cozy seating area, a bed, a height-adjustable desk, and fast internet. We also share a spacious kitchen-living room, a toilet, and a bathroom with a shower and bathtub.
Prenzlauer Berg halt. Zu Fuß bist du in 5-10 Minuten an der Tram, im Supermarkt oder an der Sbahn. Einziges Manko: Das Zimmer geht zu einer großen Straße raus, im Haus wird außerdem gebaut. Ich fühle mich hier sehr wohl - es ist aber wahrscheinlich nichts für dich, falls du Schlafprobleme hast.
You can reach the tram, various supermarkets, or the S-Bahn in 5-10 minutes on foot. Alexanderplatz isn’t far either, where you can hop on the U-Bahn. The only downside: the room faces a main road, and there’s construction work in the building. I feel very comfortable here, but it might not be for you if you’re a light sleeper.
Wir sind fünf Leute zwischen 22 und 32, haben uns wirklich gern und legen Wert auf ein respektvolles, freundliches Miteinander, auch wenn jeder sein Ding macht. Wenn du hier wohnen willst, sollte dir das ähnlich wichtig sein.
We are five people between 22 and 32, get along really well, and value a respectful, friendly atmosphere, even though everyone does their own thing. If you want to live here, that should be important to you too.
