I am offering my 20m² room in a fully furnished 84m² apartment in Prenzlauer Berg (in one of the best locations) and it is available from 1st April 2025 until 29/30th June 2025 (3 months) since I am travelling to Spain during that period.
Please note anmeldung/registration would not be possible since it is a short term sublet.
Your room has everything you need along with a proper home office setup.
The flat is fully furnished and equipped with all the necessary household items. All costs (utilities and operating costs) are included in the rent. Electricity and internet are also included.

- Fully equipped fitted kitchen with fridge-freezer combination

- Home office desk
- Sofa and chaise longue in the living room
- Large dining table in the living room and smaller one in the kitchen

Parties and pets are honestly not welcome.
Highlight: There is a projector for "home cinema" ;) where you can enjoy movies in HD

The flat is just a few steps away from Eberswalder Str. underground station. There are numerous shopping facilities, restaurants, cafés, bars and cinemas in the immediate vicinity.
The transport connections are excellent: Ringbahn S41/S42, U2, M10, M1, Tram 12.
Domenik lives in the other room and speaks both German and English. He works in the area of longevity and is a very nice and easygoing person.
The most important thing that I expect would be cleanliness especially in the kitchen and the living area. Also it would be nice if you could water the plants once every week.
I am ideally looking to find a person who is working/doing an internship so that there is good rhythm between you and the other flatmate.
