Hey! I'm subletting my room while I'm away from April 11 to May 10 – perfect for anyone looking for a cozy, short-term stay in Berlin.
The apartment is on the 4th floor, sunny with big windows and a peaceful vibe. In the backyard and to the west, so it is very quiet with a view of sundown and you only hear birds singing but no street noise at all. The room is furnished.
You'll be living with one lovely roommate, an actress, and her beautiful Maine Coon cat (so ideally you're okay with cats!). She’s chill and friendly, and we’re looking for someone clean, respectful, and easy to get along with.
The location is great – close to everything, with the really well connected schonhauser allee station a few minutes walk away.
Rent: 700 euro everything included (same as i pay a month)
Dates: April 11 – May 10
WiFi, washing machine, fully equipped kitchen – all the usual stuff.
