A beautiful, spacious room in an exciting part of Prenzlauer Berg is available in our flat starting December 1st. The light-filled room is in an Altbau with a view onto Danziger Str. The apartment has a kitchen with a new stove/oven and a bathroom with a shower, separate bathtub, and washing machine. The room is unfurnished.
The location is wonderful, very centrally located, with the M10 right outside, the M4 five minutes away, and the Ringbahn very closeby as well. The apartment is situated in a nice and popular part of Prenzlauer Berg that has many cafes, grocery stores, parks, and beautiful streets.
We are looking for someone who would be eligible to join our rental contract as one of the Hauptmieter – for that reason, someone responsible and who has regular, full-time employment is required. Sorry, no students please.
We will conduct our first interviews online, and then invite some people for in-person viewings.
Flatmates are one girl and one guy, from the US and the UK. We do speak some German (and love to practice our Deutschkenntnisse with native speakers), but English is the primary language we use to communicate in the house. We share a relaxed environment, where everyone has their own lives and enjoys personal space, but also we are friendly, and having honest, respectful communication and general good vibes are very important to us.
Having a chat or a drink from time to time is welcome. However, this is not a Party-WG, as we are all workers here. Please write to us and tell us a little about yourself! Looking forward to hearing from you!
The move-in date might be slightly flexible, as the room could potentially be available a little earlier than 01.12.2024, if necessary.
