Suche jemanden (30+) für eine längerfristige Untermiete mit Anmeldung. Ggf. auch später als 01.10. möglich.
Das Zimmer ist hell und trotz Straße relativ ruhig. Es ist unmöbliert abgesehen von ein paar Möbeln (z.B. Coachtsch, Sessel), die auf Wunsch genutzt werden können. Die Küche ist voll ausgestattet.
Die Wohnung ist 80 m² groß und hat 2 Zimmer, eine ausreichend große Küche und Bad mit Fenster. Sie liegt 5 min zur U Eberswalder Straße, Tram M10, M1 und 12, 10 min zur Ringbahn Schönhauser Allee.
Kurz zu mir: Ich bin 50+ und Dozentin an einer Hochschule in Berlin. Ich habe überwiegend in WGs gelebt und halte mich für recht umgänglich und wenig kompliziert. Das WG Leben stelle ich mir eher ruhiger vor, wobei ich für ein geselliges Zusammensitzen meist zu haben bin.
