I'm leaving the city during the winter and subletting my 30 square meters room, it's almost like living in a studio.
Start/end dates are flexible.
No anmeldung since its a temporary sublease
Price per month. Deposit 1 and a half months since I am leaving a few of my belongings (mattress, kitchen ware, washing machine, and we can discuss the rest) I also will leave my plants and would love it if you could water them while I'm gone
Also optional to rent the entire flat for $1300 with costs included
I have a big wall piano (not in the photos) we can talk about leaving it in the room but it is super important to me that nothing happens to it if it stays in the room.
The photo is old but that's approximately how it will look once I take out most of my things. There's cool LED's all over the flat now, looking quite sci-fi. Posters and decorations stay.
The apartment consists of my room (around 30m2) and my flatmate's (around 15m2), plus a small hallway, separate kitchen and toilet. (total 60m2)
Prenzlauer Allee, everything you need round the corner
M2 right in front of the flat, and 5 min walk to the M10 and M4, basically near everything.
5min tram to Alexanderplatz, 15/20 min walk.
15 min walk to mauerpark and 20 to Volkspark fhain.
Before agreeing on the sublet we should meet for a visit and a coffee with my flatmate to make sure you both get along too.
