Hello:) am looking for a roommate for my cozy flat in Prenzlauer Berg. The flat is located in the quiet area of Prenzlauer Berg. It is 7min walk from the tram stop of Pberg Osteerstr and Greifswalder Str Osteestr, also less than 10min away from Sbahn station of Greifswalder Str by bike.
There are 2 bedrooms, 1 kitchen and 1 bathroom in the flat. The rent is 600 including everything.
Let me introduce myself a bit.
My name is Miyuki. I am from Japan. I am working at a tech company in Berlin as a marketing manager.
My biggest passion is sports and traveling. I am into all different kinds of ball sports such as softball, squash, paddel and baseball. I also love running, cycling and surfing. You will usually find me doing some kind of physical activities after work. Although I currently have a regular office job, I have been planning to open my dream B&B somewhere near the beach in the future.
I would say I am a pretty relaxed person. I dont like to have a cleaning schedule or strict rules in my flat. I believe that if we both respect each other enough, things should work out naturally without putting any restrictions. Since the flat is pretty small, I have to say that I would not want any big parties though. but I would be happy to have occasional beers, wines, coffees some Japanese cooking sessions :)
I am looking for someone relaxed, clean and respectful. The contract is by the end of September 2025. Unfortunately registration is not possible. If you are interested, please send me a message in ENGLISH, so that we can arrange a viewing.
