The room has a queen bed, working station with a screen and peripherals, two couches and a TV. There are 5 rooms in the flat, a small room for the washing machine, 2 bathrooms and a common kitchen area. The flat is on the 2nd floor and directly by Prenzlauer Allee.
The flat is a couple-of-minute walk from S Prenzlauer Allee M2 tram and Ring-Bahn. The flat is 10 minutes away from Alexanderplatz, 20 minutes away from the train station and 20 minutes away from the bus station. There is a Penny, Lidl and Rewe right across the street. There are some cool bars and restaurants around as well.
We are Liz, Augustin, Anna and Ari living together in Prenzlauer Berg.
- From USA, France, Spain, Norway - we speak English in the apartment, but can also speak German.
- As roommates we are all 25+ and working full-time - developer/engineer/marketer
- It is generally quiet in the flat but of course guests are welcome :)
We are open to in-person flat visits as well as online viewings. Move in and move out dates are flexible. We have a fortnightly cleaning service for common areas. We mainly spend time in the kitchen together or go out for a drink/coffee, but generally lead our own social lives.
