This is a room in a newly renovated apartment. There is a balcony attached and faces the courtyard.
The room is square-ish, and I am now writing extra words because WG-Gesucht has a min-word count. It's a room; I don't know what else to say. Five more words go here. Done.
The location is wonderful. It's just off of Kastanienallee where there are plenty of restaurants and shops. The apartment is just above Haliflor bar and IRO Japanese restaurant. Mauerpark is 7 to 9 minutes away, and the Volkspark am Weinberg is only 5 minutes away. The tram stop is a minute away from the apartment and the U8 at Rosenthaler Platz is 8 minutes away by foot.
We are both Americans that moved to Berlin to work for the same company, but have gone on to separate places but still live together. The other roommie is moving out in a month, so we are looking for someone to take her room.
Alex lives mostly with his gf, so you'll really only have Steven and the cat as roommates.
We are an active bunch and go out often; sometimes to bars, shows, clubs, or trips around Germany, etc. We're looking for someone that matches our vibe. Bonus points for those with an interesting hobby, talents, or personality, or if you can speak German, because we are learning.
