Hello, I am searching for a roommate from 8th December 2024 to 8th of January 2025 in a beautiful, big and fully furnished apartment (3 rooms, 120m2) in Prenzlauer Berg.
The apartment is in a very quiet yet central location and is equipped with everything you need, washing machine, fridge, dish washer, fast internet, etc.
The room is 24 m2 and it is fully furnished with a big desk, a single bed, a sofa and a piano, the rent would be 650 Euro all included.
The flat is located in the heart of Prenzlauer Berg, one of the nicest areas in Berlin, 5 minutes from Eberswalder Strasse (U2) and Kastanienallee. Within walking distance there’s a big Rewe supermarket, an organic shop and plenty of bars and cafés. The Mauerpark is not far away, on Sundays a big and very famous flee market is taking place.
Two artists are living in the apartment, a filmmaker (m) and a musician (m), two friendly residents who enjoy a mutual respectful and trustful relationship. The apartment is structured in a way that everybody can get his own space.
