The apartment has two rooms, and the previous all-female shared flat is moving out entirely. Please note, the photos are from a different apartment, as I don’t have photos yet. The apartment is furnished (although some pieces of furniture are not yet assembled), and all utility costs are included. There is even a lovely garden available. I am the owner and landlord, so I am authorized to provide a confirmation of residence.
We can communicate in both German and English. You should definitely be a non-smoker and female, as it is intended to remain an all-female flatshare. If you have a friend, you would even have the opportunity to each rent a room here.

Die Wohnung hat zwei Zimmer und die bisherige Frauen-WG zieht komplett aus. Es handelt sich um Beispielfotos einer anderen Wohnung, da ich für diese noch keine habe. Die Wohnung ist möbliert (wobei einige Möbelstücke noch nicht aufgebaut sind) und alle Nebenkosten sind inklusive. Sogar ein schöner Garten ist vorhanden. Ich bin der Eigentümer und Vermieter und daher befugt, eine Wohnungsgeberbestätigung auszustellen.
Wir können in deutsch und englisch kommunizieren. Du solltest unbedingt Nichtraucher sein und weiblich, da es sich weiter um eine Frauen WG handeln soll, Wenn Du eine Freundin hast, dann hättet ihr hier sogar die Gelegenheit jeder ein Zimmer zu mieten. The apartment is close to Wedding/Mitte. For example, it’s a 20-minute ride by U-Bahn to Alexanderplatz. It’s best to Google the connection to your destination to see if the location works for you.
Die Wohnung befindet sich dicht an Wedding/Mitte. Mit der U-Bahn sind es z.B. 20 Minuten zum Alexander Platz. Am besten googelt ihr die Verbindung zu Eurem Zielort, um zu sehen, ob die Lage für Euch passt.
