Zur Wohnung: Es handelt sich um eine renovierte, lichtdurchflutete Wohnung mit einem großen Wohnzimmer und einem großen Bad (ausgestattet mit Dusche und Badewanne). Die Wohnung befindet sich im 2. OG. Das Zimmer ist 20,3 qm groß und sehr hell.

The flat: It is a renovated apartment with a large, beautiful living room and a large bathroom (with both a shower and a bathtub). The apartment is located on the 2nd floor.
The room is 20,3 square meters and very bright.

Reinickendorf, direkt am nördlichen Rand von Wedding (Mitte) gelegen
Mit der U-Bahn ist man sehr gut angebunden - die U8 fährt direkt vor der Tür, die U9 fußläufig 10 min.
Mit der U-Bahn ist man innerhalb von nur:
5 Minuten am Gesundbrunnen (Ringbahn)
10 Minuten am Rosenthaler Platz
12 Minuten bis zum Hackeschen Markt
15 Minuten bis zum Alexander Platz
20 Minuten bis nach Kreuzberg
Zum Einkaufen gibts in unmittelbarer Nähe alles, was man so braucht. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten reichen von Edeka, über Lidl, Netto, Aldi und Penny.

Ich (Miranda) bin 25 Jahre alt, kommt aus Argentinien und bin Filmemacherin. Sie spricht Spanisch, English und ein bisschen Deutsch. Seit fast 2 Jahren wohne ich in Berlin und arbeite in einem Hostel. Ich fahre gerne Fahrrad und gehe in meiner Freizeit sehr oft ins Kino. Ich liebe Fotografie und schreibe sehr viel, trinke sehr viele Mate (argentinisches Mate, nicht deutsches ;)).
Living together is nice and informal. I like to drink a beer or a glass of wine together every now and then, watch a film or eat together.
I (Miranda) am 25 years old, come from Argentina and am a filmmaker. I speak Spanish, English and a bit of German. I have lived in Berlin for almost 2 years and work in a hostel. I enjoy cycling and go very often to the cinema in my free time. I love photography and write a lot. I also drink a lot of mate (Argentinian mate, not German ;)).
Für die Waschmaschine, das Sofa (Wohnzimmer), den Fernseher (Wohnzimmer), die Vorhänge, die Kommode (IKEA Malm) und das Bett (IKEA NEIDEN) und die Federkernmatratze (Vestmarka 140x200cm) wird ein Abschlag von 330 € fällig.
Ein Kissen und eine Sommerdecke werden verschenkt :)
Wichtig ist außerdem, dass du ebenfalls als Hauptmieter:in in den Vertrag eintreten sollst. Dafür benötigst du Schufa (solicitar ahora) (jetzt beantragen) , Personalausweis, Mitschuldenfreiheitsbescheinigung und Gehaltsnachweise (3 Monate) bzw. eine Bürgschaftserklärung.
