Hello, it’s a 4 room flat with two rooms for myself, one common room and one could be yours. The room is furnished with a bed, desk, commode and lamp. Common kitchen, a common living room and a bathroom. No washing machine in the flat. Please add the cost of Rundfunkbeitrag (German TV Tax) and we don't have Wifi because we use our mobile data plans. However it's possible to set up Wifi on your own. The total rent is 566€ and consist of 372€ (Kaltmiete, cold rent) + your share of half of the utilities of 192€. The deposit is 1122€. It's an unlimited renting agreement meaning that it ends in case either one of us terminates it. Rundfunkbeitrag (German TV Tax) not included.

Gemeinsame Küche sowie ein überwiegend als gemeinschaftliches Wohnzimmer genutztes Zimmer und Badezimmer. Keine Waschmaschine in der Wohnung. Zusätzliche Kosten entstehen durch den Rundfunkbeitrag sowie Internet. Wir haben keinen Wifi Vertrag in der Wohnung, weil wir unsere mobilen Datenpakete nutzen. Es besteht aber die Möglichkeit, einen Wifi Vertrag abzuschließen. Die Warmmiete beträgt 566€ und setzt sich aus 372€ (Kaltmiete) + 192€ hälftiger Vorauszahlung für die Nebenkosten zusammen. Die Kaution beträgt 1122€. Es ist ein unbefristeter Mietvertrag. Der Rundfunkbeitrag ist nicht enthalten.

You would be living with one person, me (male), the main tenant. There is a common room which is shared by everybody. It's more of an individual flat share without much social activities. I'm only looking for somebody staying long term (12+ months), sorry exchange students, summer Berliner or other people who are looking for a place for short term. We are a non-smoking flat.
Du würdest mit einer Person zusammenwohnen und zwar mir (männlich), dem Hauptmieter. Es gibt einen Gemeinschaftsraum, der von allen genutzt wird. Es ist eine Zweck-WG ohne soziale Aktivitäten oder Verpflichtungen. Ich suche eine/n Mitbewohner/in für mindestens 12+ Monate. Sorry an diejenigen, die als Austauschstudenten, Praktikanten oder aus anderen Gründen nur etwas für wenige Monate suchen. Rauchen ist in der Wohnung nicht gestattet.
