- Family: We are a small family of three—myself (34 years old), my wife (31 years old), and our 2-year-old daughter.
- Occupation: My wife works at an international organization as a data management officer. I work from home in the internet industry and take care of our daughter. We moved to Berlin from Geneva in July 2023 due to my wife’s job.
- Lifestyle: We don’t smoke and do not have pets. Our daughter still cries sometimes, and she occasionally plays in the living room. We strive to keep the common areas tidy.
- Schedule: We typically cook from 11:30-12:30 and 17:30-18:30. Our bedtime is from 23:00 to 07:00.
Since living together requires mutual understanding, we value a good vibe and compatibility.
- Child-Friendly: You should be comfortable around a toddler and treat our daughter as a fellow roommate, not just as an object.
- No Smoking/Pets.
- Single Tenant: The room is for one tenant only. No loud parties; visitors are allowed.
- Cleanliness: Please keep the common areas clean.
- Quiet Hours: Quiet time is from 23:00 to 07:00.
