(English below:) Wir bieten zwei Zimmer zur Miete (befristet in der Regel zwischen 2 und 9 Monaten) in einer Dachgeschosswohnung an. Die Zimmer sind sehr hell und vollständig möbliert. Dies gilt ebenso für die Küche (u.a. Backofen, Herd mit Ceran-Kochfelder, Mikrowelle) und das Badezimmer mit Dusche und Siemens-Waschmaschine.
Erste Verfügbarkeit wieder ab 1. September 2025.

We are offering two rooms for rent (usually for a limited period of 2 to 9 months) in an attic apartment. The rooms are very bright and fully furnished. The same applies to the kitchen (including an oven, stovetop with ceramic burners, microwave) and the bathroom with a shower and a Siemens washing machine.
(English below) Die Wohnung ist hervorragend gelegen. In 250m erreichen Sie die die U6 (U-Bahn Halt "Scharnweberstraße"), mit der man in ca. 15min. das Zentrum Berlins (S+U Friedrichstraße) erreicht. Restaurants, Supermärkte, Post - alles ist fußläufig in unmittelbarer Nähe der Wohnung gut zu erreichen. Der Tegeler See und der Tegeler Forst als Highlights der Berliner Naherholung sind nur wenige Kilometer entfernt. (Vom mittlerweile geschlossenen Flughafen Tegel geht keinerlei Fluglärm mehr aus).

The apartment is excellently located. Within 250 meters, you’ll find the U6 subway station ("Scharnweberstraße"), which takes you to the center of Berlin (S+U Friedrichstraße) in about 15 minutes. Restaurants, supermarkets, and a post office are all within walking distance. Tegeler See and Tegeler Forst, two highlights of Berlin's recreational areas, are just a few kilometers away. (There is no more aircraft noise from the now-closed Tegel Airport).
(English below) Die Wohnung verfügt über drei Zimmer, die regelmäßig an Praktikanten, Hospitanten, Referendare vermietet werden, oder an andere Personen mit einem vorübergehenden Aufenthalt in Berlin. Die MieterInnen halten die Gemeinschaftsflächen der Wohnung (u.a. Küche und Bad) gemeinsam sauber, was mit Absprachen untereinander stets gut funktioniert. Staubsauger, Putzutensilien, Bügelbrett, Bügeleisen und Wäscheständer stehen den MieterInnen der Wohnung zur Verfügung. Die Küche bietet Raum für das gemeinsame Kochen und Zusammensitzen.

The apartment has three rooms that are regularly rented out to interns, trainees, clerks, or other individuals with a temporary stay in Berlin. The tenants collectively keep the shared spaces of the apartment (such as the kitchen and bathroom) clean, which works well through mutual agreements. A vacuum cleaner, cleaning supplies, ironing board, iron, and drying rack are available for the tenants' use. The kitchen provides space for cooking together and socializing.
(English below) Damit der Berlin-Aufenthalt für Sie so einfach wie möglich wird, stellen wir Ihnen während der Mietdauer ein Fahrrad kostenfrei zur Verfügung, ebenso Bettwäsche und Handtücher (einmalig 50,- Euro). Die Gesamtmiete von 450,- Euro umfasst auch die Kosten für Heizung, Wasser, Strom, GEZ und Internet. Einmalig pro Aufenthalt wird eine Verwaltungspauschale von 100,- Euro erhoben.
Die Wohnung ist ideal für Mieter, die sich aufgrund eines Praktikums, Referendariats, Hospitanz oder eines ähnlichen Arbeitseinsatzes vorübergehend in Berlin aufhalten und sich nach Anreise um (fast) nichts weiter kümmern wollen.
Eine Anmeldung bei der Stadt Berlin ist natürlich möglich.
Um Ihre Bewerbung berücksichtigen zu können, bitte ich um die folgenden Unterlagen:
> ausgefüllte Selbstauskunft (stelle ich zur Verfügung)
> Kopie des Personalausweises oder Reisepass
> Praktikumsvertrag bzw. alternativ kurze Erläuterung der Tätigkeit, die in Berlin aufgenommen wird, und für die Sie vorübergehend das Zimmer anmieten möchten
Unterlagen zur Bonität
> die letzten drei Gehaltsnachweise bzw. Gehaltsnachweis des Bürgen, der ggf. mit in den Mietvertrag aufgenommen werden kann
Sollten Sie die Miete für den gesamten Zeitraum im Voraus zahlen, sind die Unterlagen zur Bonität nicht notwendig, in diesem Fall müsste auch nur eine Kaution von einer Monatsmiete hinterlegt werden.

To make your stay in Berlin as easy as possible, we provide you with a bicycle free of charge during your rental period, as well as bedding and towels (a one-time fee of €50). The total rent of €450 includes heating, water, electricity, GEZ fees, and internet. A one-time administration fee of €100 is charged per stay.
The apartment is ideal for tenants temporarily staying in Berlin due to an internship, traineeship, residency, or similar work assignment, and who want to take care of (almost) nothing upon arrival.
Registration with the City of Berlin is, of course, possible.
To consider your application, I kindly ask for the following documents:
Completed self-disclosure form (provided by me)
Copy of your ID card or passport
Internship contract or, alternatively, a brief explanation of the activity you will undertake in Berlin, for which you wish to temporarily rent the room
Documents for proof of financial solvency:
The last three pay slips or proof of income from a guarantor who may be included in the rental agreement if necessary
If you pay the rent for the entire period in advance, the financial solvency documents will not be required. In this case, only a deposit of one month's rent would need to be provided.
