Room available for the month of December in a shared apartment at Uthmannstraße, 12043 Berlin, right next to the Comenius-Garden in Neukölln/Rixdorf. The room has a nice view of the garden, offering a calm atmosphere in the heart of the city.
The location is very convenient—just a 2-minute walk to the Karl-Marx-Strasse U-Bahn station (U7) for easy access to other parts of Berlin. Rixdorf has a relaxed vibe with a mix of cafés, small bars, and local shops. There’s also a cinema nearby and plenty of options for dining or grabbing coffee.
One thing to note: 30 EUR of the rent goes toward fresh vegetables we get weekly from a local farm, which is shared among the flatmates. It’s a nice touch if you enjoy cooking or want to support sustainable produce.
The room comes unfurnished, but I can provide a comfortable air mattress if needed. It’s been my bed for the past two months, so it’s definitely cozy and works well for a short-term stay.
You'd be living with Gustav, as our other flatmate will be on vacation throughout December. Gustav is a naturopath, enjoys cooking, and loves bouldering. We're looking for someone who is clean and relatively easy-going.
