Das angebotene Zimmer ist 16m² groß und befindet sich in einer insgesamt 89m² großen Wohnung. Das Zimmer hat direkten Zugang zu einem Balkon, was für eine angenehme Atmosphäre und zusätzlichen Platz sorgt. Die Wohnung verfügt über ein großes gemeinsames Bad und ein sehr großzügiges Wohnzimmer mit offener Küche. Zusätzlich verfügt sie über große Fenster, die viel Licht hereinlassen, obwohl die Wohnung nach Norden ausgerichtet ist.
Der monatliche Mietpreis beträgt derzeit 900€, jedoch bin ich momentan dabei, die Mietpreisbremse anzuwenden, sodass eine Senkung möglich ist.
Das Zimmer ist momentan noch möbliert, kann jedoch bei Bedarf komplett leer geräumt oder teilweise möbliert bleiben – dies lässt sich nach Absprache regeln.
The room on offer is 16m² in size and is located in a flat measuring 89m² in total. The room has direct access to a balcony, which provides a pleasant atmosphere and additional space. The flat has a large shared bathroom and a very spacious living room with an open-plan kitchen. It also has large windows that let in plenty of light, even though the flat is north-facing.
The monthly rent is currently €900, but I am currently in the process of applying the "Mietpreisbremse", so a reduction is possible.
The room is currently still furnished, but can be left completely empty or partially furnished if required - this can be arranged later.
Die Wohnung befindet sich nur 3-4 Gehminuten von der S-Bahn-Station Nöldnerplatz entfernt, was eine schnelle Anbindung an Ostkreuz und damit an viele Restaurants und Ausgehmöglichkeiten bietet. Zudem bist du in nur 15 Minuten zu Fuß an der Rummelsburger Bucht, ideal für entspannte Spaziergänge am Wasser.
The flat is only a 3-4 minute walk from the Nöldnerplatz S-Bahn station, which offers a quick connection to Ostkreuz and thus to many restaurants and nightlife options. You can also walk to Rummelsburger Bucht in just 15 minutes, which is ideal for relaxing walks by the water.
Diese WG entsteht, da meine Partnerin und ich uns getrennt haben. Daher wird es eine vorübergehende Zeit geben, in der noch einige Möbel von ihr in der Wohnung sind, was sich jedoch in den nächsten Monaten klären wird.
Zu mir: Ich bin 29 Jahre alt, berufstätig, unternehme gerne viel, treibe viel Sport und bin immer für einen gemütlichen Abend zu haben. Ich suche stets das Abenteuer. This flat share is being created because my partner and I have separated. There will therefore be a temporary period during which some of her furniture will still be in the flat, but this will be sorted out in the next few months.
