Hello!
My name is Irene and I am subletting my room for 3 months.
The room is a fournished 8mq room, with a nice big window. I will remove all my personal stuff from the room. The room will have: a cupboard, a desk, a chair, the bed. There will be no matress included.
Togethere with the main room, you will have a second smaller room included in the price. Inside this room there is a wardrobe for your clothes and some more space for your stuff.
The location of the WG is 5-10min walk from S Hohenzollerndamm, from where you can take the ringbahn. From home you can also reach Fehrbelliner platz in 20min walk or 3min bus, from where you can take U7 and U3.
In the WG there are 3 people in total, you + 2 more roommates. Emil is german and he is a student. Salam is from Lebanon and he is working.
The life in our WG has always been very chilled. We have individual lives but we like to spend time together or have a chat when we are at home. We help each other out and we are very communicative.
