Wir wohnen direkt am S-Bahn-Ring und den U-Bahnlinien U9 (U- und S-Bahnhof Bundesplatz) sowie U4 (U- und S-Bahnhof Innsbrucker Platz). Zudem sind zwei Metrobuslinien (zum Hauptbahnhof und Alexanderplatz) und die S-Bahnlinie S1 fußläufig erreichbar.

Der Volkspark ist nur wenige Minuten entfernt, und ein kleiner Park befindet sich direkt vor dem Haus. Zur Hochschule für Wirtschaft und Recht (Badensche Straße) gelangt man in 15 Minuten zu Fuß. Die FU ist mit der S- und U-Bahn in 16 Minuten erreichbar. Vom Bundesplatz bis zur Charité, Standort Virchow-Klinikum, und der Beuth-Hochschule fährt die U- bzw. S-Bahn ebenfalls 15 Minuten. Die TU erreicht man schnell mit der U9.

Eine Einkaufsstraße mit den üblichen Einkaufszentren und Geschäften wie Zara, H&M, Peek & Cloppenburg, Uniqlo und weiteren ist zu Fuß oder mit dem Bus erreichbar.

Einkaufsmöglichkeiten wie ein Edeka-Markt, Aldi, Netto, Bäckereien und zwei Bio-Märkte sind ebenfalls fußläufig erreichbar. Zudem gibt es im Kiez viele tolle Cafés und Restaurants.

We live directly on the S-Bahn ring and the U-Bahn lines U9 (U- and S-Bahn station Bundesplatz) and U4 (U- and S-Bahn station Innsbrucker Platz). Additionally, two metro bus lines (to the main train station and Alexanderplatz) and the S-Bahn line S1 are within walking distance.

The Volkspark is just a few minutes away, and a small park is located right in front of the house. The University of Applied Sciences for Economics and Law (Badensche Straße) is a 15-minute walk away. The Free University (FU) can be reached in 16 minutes by S- and U-Bahn. From Bundesplatz to the Charité (Virchow-Klinikum campus) and Beuth University, the U- or S-Bahn takes 15 minutes. The Technical University (TU) can also be reached quickly with the U9.

A shopping street with the usual shopping centers and stores like Zara, H&M, Peek & Cloppenburg, Uniqlo, and more is within walking distance or accessible by bus.

Grocery stores like Edeka, Aldi, Netto, bakeries, and two organic markets are also within walking distance. Additionally, there are many great cafés and restaurants in the neighborhood.

Im oberen Bereich der Wohnung (3. OG) wohne ich mit meinen beiden Söhnen (13 und 16 Jahre), die abwechselnd bei mir und ihrem Vater leben.

Das 2. OG wird von den beiden Untermieterinnen gemeinsam genutzt.

Für unsere schöne WG-Wohnung suchen wir eine neue Untermieterin, die Nichtraucherin ist und einen ähnlichen Tagesrhytmus hat wie wir. Tagsüber arbeiten wir und nachts brauchen wir unseren Schlaf, um morgens wieder fit zu sein.

Die Aufteilung der Haushaltsaufgaben, die durch einen Putzplan geregelt ist, liegt uns am Herzen, um eine zuverlässige und angenehme Wohnatmosphäre zu schaffen.

Wir legen großen Wert auf Sauberkeit und Ordnung.

On the upper floor of the apartment (3rd floor), I live with my two sons (13 and 16 years old), who alternate living with me and their father.

The 2nd floor is shared by the two subtenants.

For our lovely shared apartment, we are looking for a new subtenant who is a non-smoker and has a similar daily routine to ours. We work during the day and need our sleep at night to be refreshed in the morning.

The distribution of household tasks, regulated by a cleaning schedule, is important to us in order to create a reliable and pleasant living environment.

We place great value on cleanliness and order.

Die Mieterin erhält einen Mietvertrag, mit dem sie sich bei der Meldebehörde/Bürgeramt in Berlin anmelden kann.

Achtung:
Die Untermieterinnen kümmern sich selbst um einen Zugang zum Internet. Aktuell ist ein W-LAN Anschluss der Untermieterinnen vorhanden. der übernommen werden kann.

The tenant will receive a rental agreement that allows her to register with the registration office/citizens' office in Berlin.
