The room is 20 square meters, has its own balcony with a very nice view and is always sunny. The room includes furniture already. We are looking for a clean and friendly person who is willing to take care of the room, while I’m abroad.
The room is located in the beautiful neighborhood of Schöneberg, which is not only very pretty but also full of coffeshops, bars and restaurants.
The Akazienkiez is personally my favorite area in Berlin with a very nice and vibrant atmosphere. It also feels very safe and you have the ubahn station just 4 minutes away.
You would be living with my amazing roommate Jeremiah who I get along with very well and has become one of my best friends. During the week we usually work and that is why we only see each other in the evenings while we cook and talk. Although we each have our own space, we like to do things together when we can and it would be great to do the same with the new person.
Since it is a place that feels like home, I would be very grateful if the person is clean and careful to make the apartment a place where both people feel comfortable and relax.
