Hello there <3 , we offer a 25sqm furnished room in the heart of Berlin Schöneberg.
Large room with cozy couch, bed (1,40m), table, two large windows.
Total rent is 1125€ for the whole period (500 per month).

- Flat sharing with 3 lovely clean working young professionals/student. 2female, 1man
The flat is located in a very nice area in the Rote insel.
Is 2min walk from Julius-Leber-Brücke Sbahn station and 14 mins walk from both Sudkreuz Sbahn station (Ringbahn) and Kleistpark Ubahn station (U7)
The area is well connected and is very quiet yet has many supermarkets, cafes, restaurants and bars on less than 10min walk.
Its also 2 min walk from the lovely Cherusker park
About us: In the Wg we like tk spend some time together bjt we also enjoy a lot having our own lifestyle
We are Pia, Clara, Salah and Alex.
Alex is going in a trip to South America so you would be living on his room for this period.
Clara and Pia are working full-time in Berlin as a doctor.
They are very lovely and like to bake and have cozy talks. Always creative, enjoys their free time painting, reading, doing sports or some yoga.
Salah is studying Data Science and AI, has a very warm heart, is new to the city and likes to explore it, but also welcome to have a chat with the rommies if you are home :)
We like to spend time together, have small talks but also enjoy our own time.

*We love to party and dance but we prefer not to bring the party home.
