Großes Zimmer in Schöneberger WG!

Hallo :)

Da mein Mitbewohner Simon nach über 2 Jahren aus unserer schönen WG auszieht, suche ich nun jemanden, der sein Zimmer übernehmen möchte. Es wird ab dem 09.02.25 frei, und ich würde es gerne so schnell wie möglich weitervermieten.

Preis:
Im Preis von 750 € ist alles komplett enthalten: Strom, Heizung, Internet, etc. Auch die vorhandenen Küchenutensilien sowie eine Waschmaschine dürft ihr benutzen.

Zum Zimmer:
Mit etwa 21 qm ist das Zimmer recht groß und bietet viel Raum zur Entfaltung. Es ist sehr hell, und ihr habt im 8. Stock eine tolle Aussicht und viel Tageslicht. Beachtet bitte: Es wird fast unmöbliert übergeben, lediglich die schwarze Kommode (s. Foto, wo der Fernseher drauf steht) bleibt im Zimmer – sonst nimmt Simon alle Möbel mit!

Lage:
Die Wohnung liegt super zentral: Um die Ecke sind der stets belebte Ku'damm sowie das KaDeWe. Der U-Bahnhof Wittenbergplatz ist 4 Minuten zu Fuß entfernt, und ihr seid über die U1/U3 und U2 super angebunden. Ein Edeka befindet sich ebenfalls direkt am Wittenbergplatz.

WG-Leben:
Ihr lebt zusammen mit mir, Sercan, 26 Jahre alt. Ich bin super entspannt, unkompliziert und mache leidenschaftlich gerne Musik. In der WG habt ihr eure Ruhe, aber ich bin auch für sehr gerne nette Gespräche und Aktivitäten zu haben. 🙏🏼

Unterlagen:
Für die Anmietung wird ein stabiles Einkommen benötigt. Die Hausverwaltung möchte vor Vertragsabschluss Einkommensnachweise der letzten 3 Monate haben. Bürgschaften werden eventuell von der Wohngesellschaft abgelehnt. Außerdem wird eine Kaution über 1021 € fällig. Diese kriegt ihr selbstverständlich am Ende zurück, wenn alles ohne Schäden hinterlassen wird.

Anmeldung:
Ihr könnt euch ganz normal anmelden. Ihr schließt einen Untermietvertrag mit mir ab, der mit der Hausverwaltung abgeklärt ist.

Wenn ihr Interesse habt, schreibt mir gerne ein paar Sätze zu euch – Hobbys, was ihr so macht usw. Ihr könnt euch dann das Zimmer anschauen und zum Kennenlernen vorbeikommen.

Large room in a shared flat in Schöneberg!

Since my flatmate Simon is moving out after more than 2 years, I am now looking for someone to take over his room. It will be available from 09.02.25, and I would like to rent it out as soon as possible.

Price:
The price of 750 € includes everything: electricity, heating, internet, etc. You may also use everything in the kitchen and a washing machine.

The room:
At around 21 square meters, it is quite large and offers plenty of space. It is very bright, and you have a great view and lots of daylight on the 8th floor. Please note: It will be handed over almost unfurnished, only the black dresser (the one in the photo with the TV on top) will remain in the room – otherwise, Simon will take all the furniture with him!

Location:
The apartment is in an excellent central location: Around the corner are the Ku’damm and KaDeWe. Wittenbergplatz subway station is only a 4-minute walk away, and you're well connected via the U1/U3 and U2 lines. There is also an Edeka supermarket directly at Wittenbergplatz.

Shared flat living:
You live together with me, Sercan (26 years old). I am super relaxed, easy-going, and passionate about music. You'll have your personal space, but I'm also up for nice conversations and activities.

Documents:
A stable income is required for the rental. The housing company would like to have proof of income for the last 3 months before signing the contract. Tenant sureties may be refused by the housing association. A deposit of 1021 € is also required. You will, of course, get it back at the end if everything is left undamaged.

Registration:
You can register as normal. You will sign a subletting agreement with me, which is already approved by the housing company.
