Hey, mein zimmer ist ab anfang mai für 1.5 monate frei! Hat morgens von 7-14 uhr suuuper viel sonne, hat auch nen tollen sonnigen balkon zur straße auf dem es sich gut leben lässt :)

Mit balkon sind es ca 26 qm, also für die lage und den preis echt top
Titel ist nur auf englisch, da berlin so schön international ist, WG ist deutsch

My room will be free from 1st of May until Mid-June (15th ish). 23 square meters but more like 26 with the balcony, I‘d say given the location and the costs its quite a nice offer

Direkt bei der U2 Bülowstraße, sämtliche Busse und U2 1min entfernt. U1/3 nach Fhain/ charlottenburg oder U7 nach neukölln auch nur 5 min entfernt. Man kommt echt in jedes Kiez im Ring, glaube das ist ehrlich die am besten angebundene WG Berlins lol

Right next to U2 Bülowstraße, a lot of busses are right in front of the building. U1/3 5 min by foot, so you can easily reach Fhain and Charlottenburg. U7 also just 5 min by bus, so you can reach Neukölln Wilmersdorf etc quite easily as well. Basically you‘re super well connected :)

Zwei flatmates (1x male 1x female) die viel Rücksicht nehmen und sweete menschen sind & gerne gemeinsam was unternehmen 🙌🏽 Sauber sein, rücksicht nehmen und der rest regelt sich von alleine :)

Two very lovely flatmates (1 male 1 female) who like to spent some quality time as flatmates and who are very tidy and respect each others boundaries, very considerate etc

Das Zimmer kostet 650€ es könnte später zu einer nachzahlung für strom und gas kommen. FYI

Sind mit balkon 26 qm in bester Lage, in einer super tollen sonnigen Wohnung :)

Rent is 650€, but there -could- be a belated bill for electricity and heating, which will be splitted evenly by three of course. Emphasis on -could- so keep that in mind haha
Including the balcony we‘re talking 26 square meters in prime location Schöneberg, in a VERY sunny flat :)
