Your room is 30 m2 facing southeast, over a small platz and a cute little fountain. It is light flooded.
You would have a big bed. There is a tiny desk to work facing the window.
Your room and the flatmate’s room are adjacent with a thinnish wall and a closed door inbetween.
For common use, there is a kitchen with everything in, a bathroom (with shower, with window, no bathtub). There is also a small storage room where you find a small freezer apart from the fridge in the kitchen if you would need it. The third (wardrobe) room is usually used for drying laundry, doing yoga, etc. and stays quite empty. There is also a small balcony which we work out in spring time, where the door is exclusive in your room. Occasionally the flatmate might want to go there, but actually only very occasionally.
It is an old building on a quiet street, 2nd floor. In the courtyard you can park your bike.

Dein Zimmer ist lichtdurchflutet 30 qm groß. Fenstern nach Süd und Ost, Sonnenschein durch den Tag. Zugang zum kleinen Balkon ist in deinem Zimmer, deswegen der Mitbewohner geht manchmal durch für Pflanzenpflege (Frühling). Im Zimmer hast du ein großes Bett, auch ein antiques Schrank.
Ihr Zimmer und das Zimmer Ihres Mitbewohners liegen nebeneinander, mit einer dünnen Wand und einer geschlossenen Tür dazwischen.
Gemeinsam nutzt du mit die Küche (alle bereit), die Badezimmer (mit Dusch ohne Badewanne, mit kleinen Fenster). Es gibt auch ein mikro-Storage (mit kleinem Gefrierschrank) und ein drittes Zimmer (ca. 10qm) wo man z.B. yoga machen können.
Altbau Vorderhaus auf eine ruhige Straße, 2.0G. Fahrrad Parkplatz im Hinterhof.
2 minute walk from S1 Julius-Leber-Brücke, 5-minute walk from U7 Kleistpark. On Crellestraße there are quite a few cafes and restaurants. It is lively but quiet. Akazienstraße Hauptstraße Goltzstraße etc are really near. There are more than plenty of shopping options, with all kinds of supermarkets and alternatives really. The street and neighbourhood is very nice and reputed in Schöneberg. Crellestraße speaks for itself.

2-minute zu Fuß von S1 Julius-Leber-Brücke, 5-minute zu Fuß von U7 Kleistpark. Auf die Crellestraße gibt es viele cafés und restaurants, lebendig aber ruhig. Akazienstraße Hauptstraße Goltzstraße usw. sind in Direktnähe. Shopping Möglichkeiten viel zu viel. Crellestraße spricht für selber.
Flatmate
You would be sharing the flat with a man who is clean, introvert and works at school which means regular workday, early riser and early sleeper, age 50-60. You would not have to spend a lot of energy socialising with each other. Staying respectful is good. German and English would be the common language. He communicates direct and uncomplicated. His hobby is watching tv and taking walks.
You
We look for a subtenant who lives clean and tidy. In communication you are unnuanced. You communicate your plan when it has to do with the apartment. No house party wished for. We want someone who respects home as sanctuary and keeps social life outside. Neurospicy is understood and welcome. It would be good and necessary that you have your Hapftpflicht insurance.

Mitbewohner
Der Mitbewohner ist ruhig und introvertiert, Alter 50-60, arbeitet in der Schule, d.h. Frühaufsteher und schläft früh, Deutsch-und-Englisch sprachig. Kommunikationsstil direkt und unkompliziert. Es ist gut, respektvoll zu bleiben. Seine Hobbys sind Fernsehen und Spaziergänge.

Wir wünsche dass Sie sauber, ordentlich, kommunikativ und unkompliziert bist. Sie kommunizieren Ihren Plan, wenn es um die WG geht. Kein house party erwünscht.
Sie sind jemanden, der die WG als Rückzugsort respektiert und das soziale Leben draußen hält. Neurodivergent wird verstanden und ist willkommen. Es wäre gut und notwendig, dass Sie Ihre Hapftpflichtversicherung haben
