Hi everyone, I have a spare bedroom in my spacious 3-bedroom apartment *starting 01/04/2025*, and I am looking for calm, respectful flatmates to share it with.
The apartment is located in the central district of Schöneberg with number of supermarkets, restaurants etc in the close vicinity. Apartment is located on the 4th floor and can be easily reached with elevator. It gets alot of natural sunlight and fresh air.
Bus M46 ( stop name: Barbarossastr.) is just under the building, and metro U7 ( stop: U7 Eisenacher str ) is just 6 minute walk from the apartment.
the bedrooms are fully furnished with double bed, table-chair, and other storage units as seen in the pictures. Spacious kitchen (with dishwasher, big fridge, storage units etc) and Toilet(with bathtub) is to be shared among all 3 flatmates.
There is will be a security deposit of twice the rent that can be paid in two installment. The rent mentioned is warm rent that already includes electricity, wifi etc.
initial contract will be of six months.
Viewing is only possible until 28/02/2025.
