Das Zimmer ist ca. 18m² groß, hell und hat vier große Fenster, das viel Tageslicht reinlässt. Es ist möbliert (Bett, Schreibtisch, Kommode, Kleiderständer...). Durch die hohe Decke wirkt das Zimmer sehr geräumig und gemütlich. Alles was du auf den Bildern siehst bleibt im Zimmer und darfst du nutzen. Wir haben einen wunderschönen Balkon den du jederzeit benutzen darfst und im Flur einen Tisch und Sofa zum chillen. In der Küche teilen wir uns Pfannen, Töpfe etc.. Aufzug ist vorhanden! :)

The room is about 18m², bright and has four large windows that let in a lot of daylight. It is furnished (bed, desk, chest of drawers, clothes rack...). The high ceiling makes the room seem very spacious and cozy. Everything you see in the pictures stays in the room and you can use it. We have a beautiful balcony that you can use at any time and a table and sofa in the hallway to chill on. In the kitchen we share pans, pots, etc.. Elevator is available! :)
Unsere WG liegt in einem zentralen Viertel. Die nächsten U-Bahn-Stationen (Viktoria-Luise-Platz, Wittenbergplatz, Nollendorfplatz) sind nur wenige Minuten zu Fuß entfernt, sodass du schnell in die Innenstadt kommst. Die Bushaltestelle für den M46 Bus ist direkt vor der Haustür. In der Umgebung gibt es Supermärkte (Netto 2 min), Cafés, Restaurants und Parks, perfekt zum Entspannen oder Joggen. Auch ein kleiner Späti ist direkt um die Ecke. :)

Our shared apartment is located in a central district. The nearest subway stations (Viktoria-Luise-Platz, Wittenbergplatz, Nollendorfplatz) are just a few minutes' walk away, so you can get to the city center quickly. The bus stop for the M46 bus is right outside the front door. In the area there are supermarkets (Netto 2 min), cafes, restaurants and parks, perfect for relaxing or jogging. There is also a small Späti just around the corner. :)
Wir sind eine entspannte und ruhige WG und suchen jemanden, der auch ungefähr so ist. Wir sprechen in der WG Deutsch und Englisch. 8 Leute hört sich nach viel an aber es ist tatsächlich immer ruhig, und auch wenn es nur ein Bad und zwei Toiletten gibt hat das noch nie zu Problemen geführt. Ich musste bisher nie warten wenn ich ins Bad wollte. Momentan wohnen wir zu siebt (Anastasia, Emma, Sanzhar, Thoung, Iris, Thais und ich). Wir respektieren unsere Privatsphäre und legen Wert auf ein harmonisches Miteinander. Sauberkeit ist uns wichtig, aber niemand ist hier ein Putzfanatiker. Wenn du Lust hast, Teil unserer WG zu werden, freuen wir uns auf deine Nachricht! :)

We are a relaxed and quiet shared flat and are looking for someone who is more or less the same. We speak German and English in the flat. 8 people sounds like a lot but it is actually always quiet and even though there is only one bathroom and two toilets, it has never led to any problems. I have never had to wait when I wanted to go to the bathroom. There are currently seven of us living there (Anastasia, Emma, Sanzhar, Thoung, Iris, Thais and me). We respect each other's privacy and value harmonious coexistence. Cleanliness is important to us, but no one here is a cleaning fanatic. If you would like to become part of our shared flat, we look forward to hearing from you! :)
