Das angebotene Zimmer wurde zum 01.Marz 2022 frisch renoviert und möbliert mit Bett, Bettwäsche (ohne Laken), Schrank, Schreibtisch, Stuhl. (Siehe Bilder) Die jetzige Mieterin zieht aus.
Des Weiteren gehören zur Wohnung ein frisch renoviertes Bad, sowie eine frisch renovierte Küche. Spülmaschine und Waschmaschine sind vorhanden. Falls ihr eigene Möbel habt, könnt ihr seid auch gern gegen die Möbel im Zimmer austauschen, es muss dann nur beim Auszug wieder hergerichtet werden.

The offered room was freshly renovated and furnished for 01 March 2022 with bed, bed linen (without sheets), wardrobe, desk, chair. (See pictures) The current tenant is moving out.
Furthermore, the apartment includes a freshly renovated bathroom, as well as a freshly renovated kitchen. Dishwasher and washing machine are available. If you have your own furniture, you are also welcome to exchange it for the furniture in the room, it must then only be prepared again when moving out.
Die Wohnung liegt in zentraler Lage in Schöneberg, jedoch in einer ruhigen Nebenstraße, wo man sich perfekt von dem Trubel der Stadt erholen kann. Die S Schöneberg ist 6 Minuten entfernt, die S Julius-Leber-Brücke etwa 8 Minuten und die S+U Innsbrucker Platz etwa 15 Minuten. Auf der nahegelegenen Hauptstraße findet sich alles was das Herz begehrt, egal ob guter Döner, Apotheke oder Supermarkt.
The apartment is centrally located in Schöneberg, but in a quiet side street, where you can perfectly relax from the hustle and bustle of the city. The S Schöneberg is 6 minutes away, the S Julius-Leber-Brücke about 8 minutes and the S+U Innsbrucker Platz about 15 minutes. On the nearby main street you can find everything your heart desires, whether good kebab, pharmacy or supermarket.
Die WG besteht bisher aus zwei Frauen die sich prima verstehen. In der Küche wird es einen gemeinsamen Tisch zum Sitzen und Quatschen/Spielen geben. Ansonsten könnt ihr euch es gemeinsam natürlich gemütlich machen.
The WG consists so far of two women who get along great. In the kitchen there will be a common table to sit and chat/game. Otherwise, you can make yourselves comfortable together, of course.
Anmeldung ist möglich. ;) Bitte beachte, dass GEZ nicht Bestandteil des Vertrages sind. Das müsst ihr selbst in der WG regeln.
