The room features wooden floors and is furnished with a loft bed, a desk, and chairs. An unfurnished option is not possible. Photos are available.
If you need the room for fewer months, a rental period of 6 to 8 months may also be possible.

In front of our gate is the Auguste Victoria Hospital. The bus stop for bus 246 is located there.
The S-Bahn stations Priesterweg and Feuerbachstraße can be reached on foot in 10 minutes or in 3 minutes by bus.
Walter-Schreiber-Platz and the shopping center can be reached on foot in 15 minutes or in 5 minutes by bus.
Lidl or Netto can be reached on foot in 7 minutes.
Currently living here are:
- Me (Leo), an engineer. I speak Spanish (native language), English, and German, not perfectly, but it works ;-)

Since I (Leo) will be away for a few months due to work, we are looking for open-minded people who enjoy socializing but also work or study. Occasionally, we go dancing, for example.
