ich bin's, Simone aus Schöneberg!
Ab 1.08.24 vermiete ich wieder ein möbliertes Zimmer für 450€ warm (inkl. ab und an Hundesitting? Ansonsten 500€) in meiner 3 Zimmer Wohnung in der Nähe vom Bayrischen Platz /Schöneberg (Altbau, inkl. Strom, WLAN). Wenn es gut läuft, kann die Mietdauer auch langfristig werden, mind. aber für 6 Monate.
Sollte das also für Dich auch in Frage kommen, dann lies doch einfach weiter.
Auch wenn du evtl. bei meiner Altersangabe erstmal zurück schreckst (61J alt aber jung im Herzen), mit meinen bisherigen Mitbewohnern gab es deshalb nie Probleme, wir haben uns immer super verstanden.
Das Zimmer ist möbliert (Hochbett: 140cm, Sofa, Schrank, Schreibtisch, Bettwäsche, Gardinen, Lampen etc.) ist ca. 15 qm groß, hat dazu eine großzügige Hochebene. Meine 3 Zimmer Wohnung ist im 4.OG (ohne Fahrstuhl), liegt im Hinterhof und ist daher sehr ruhig mit Ausblick zu einem tollen Himmel und viel Sonne! Das Zimmer liegt günstig, so dass Du auch Deine Ruhe hast, meine 2 Zimmer mit Balkon liegen abgetrennt dahinter.
Meine Mitbewohnerin heißt Marley, eine Wuschel Mischlings Hündin aus dem Tierschutz, die mit ihren 5,5 Jahren scheinbar immer noch mitten in der Pubertät steckt. Hunde- bzw. Tierfreundlich sein ist ein muss, Marley kann sehr schmuse- und spielbedürftig sein! Ich würde mir jemanden wünschen, die ab und an Dogsitting machen kann, dafür komme ich mit der Miete entgegen (keine zusätzlichen Nebenkosten von 50€). Und wenn ich mal in Urlaub fahre, wäre es toll, wenn meine Fische im Aquarium und alle meine Pflanzen dank dir überleben.
Ich bin sehr gerne und viel zuhause, koche eher vegetarisch, mag es aufgeräumt, sauber und eher ruhiger.
Bei mir wirst du ein ruhiges und sauberes Zuhause finden, dass sehr zentral liegt (zwischen U-Bhf Bayerischer Pl. und U-Bhf Berliner Str.) und den tollen Volkspark Wilmersdorf & Schöneberg fast vor der Haustür hat.
Ich hatte bisher viele Studenten*Innen aus den verschiedensten Ecken der Welt bei mir wohnen, die auch sehr ihre Ruhe genossen haben. Wir haben aber immer miteinander gequascht, waren aber nie eine typische WG, die regelmäßig viel Zeit miteinander verbracht hat.
Ab sofort kannst Du Dir gerne das Zimmer mal anschauen (es ist aber noch bewohnt bis Ende Juli), es wird Dir bestimmt gefallen!

my name is Simone, I am 61 y. old but young at heart. My girl dog Marley lives with me. She is always the centre of attention ;-) I have had many students living with me/us before, and we got along very well. So, if this introduction did not turn you off, you might want to read further? ;-)
I can offer a fully furnished room for at least 6 months, but if it works out fine, maybe even longer? The room is approximately 15qm big (incl. a Loft/Bunk bed on a 2nd level) in the centre of Berlin Schöneberg near Bayrischer Platz, with great public transport around the corner for 450€ monthly (incl. some Dogsitting from time to time, otherwise 500€, all incl. like WLAN, Heating, electricity). You will find a very nice large park to hang out or do sports very nearby. My flat has 3 rooms, your room is located a bit separated from mine. As it is on the 4th floor, you will have to be fit to reach it (no elevator), but at the same time, it is very quiet and bright.
I like it clean, tidy and quiet. Being animal-friendly is a must, and I would love to have someone who can dog-sit at times. If I'm on holiday, I would appreciate it if you could help my fish and plants to survive ;-)
