Subletting my room for the period mentioned above. Photos of the room itself are available upon request, or better yet, upon viewing (possible online as well).
The room has its own balcony and is about 20m2. Completely furnished also with a working desk. The flat has a large living room with a renovated kitchen as you can see on the photos.
Also living in the apartment is Rémi, a very warm-hearted Frenchie who recently moved to Berlin.

Direkt zwischen U-Bahnhöfen Kleistpark und Eisenacher Straße. Ich fahre jeden Tag 22 Minuten Fahrrad zu meiner Arbeit in Mitte, unweit vom Alex.
Ansonsten ist der Kiez auch einfach top. Wir wohnen direkt neben der Akazien- und Goltzstraße, wo einfach immer was los ist. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten gibt es eine Menge mit wöchentlichen Märkten und Supermärkten wie Lidl, Rewe und Edeka um die Ecke.
