Das Zimmer hat ca. 12 m2 mit den Maßen 5,7 x 2,1 m. Es steht ein Bett der Größe 2 x 1 m, ein Sofa, ein kleiner Schreibtisch und ein Kleiderschrank im Zimmer. Das Sofa ist vielleicht etwas groß für das Zimmer, wenn du es nicht drin haben möchtest, können wir es auch gerne entfernen. Dein Zimmer ist zwar etwas klein, der Rest der Wohnung steht dir aber auch zur Verfügung und relativiert das. Wir haben eine große Wohnküche (22qm), die mit allem ausgestattet ist, was man so braucht. Das Bad ist modern eingerichtet und hat eine große Dusche mit einer Badewanne.
In der Miete ist alles also Heizung, Strom und Internet enthalten.

Your room has approx. 12 m2 with the dimensions 5.7 x 2.1 m. There is a bed measuring 2 x 1 m, a sofa, a small desk and a wardrobe in the room. The sofa might be a bit big for the room, if you don't want it in we can remove it. Your room may be a bit small, but the rest of the apartment is also available to you, which might put that into perspective. We have a large eat-in kitchen (22sqm) that is equipped with everything you need. The bathroom is modern in style and has a large shower with a bath.
The rent includes heating, electricity and internet.
Die Wohnung befindet sich in der Leberstraße in Schöneberg in einer 30er Zone und ist dementsprechend relativ ruhig. Die S1 und zahlreiche Busse (204,104,106) fahren 1 Minute entfernt und die Ringbahn ist eine Station entfernt.
Die Anbindung ist perfekt, Mehringdamm und Potsdamer Platz sind 10 Minuten entfernt, der Alex 20 Minuten.
Zudem fahren der M85 und M48 5 Minuten entfernt. Ein Edeka befindet sich eine Minute und Aldi, DM
und Rossmann sind 5 Minuten entfernt. In der Gegend gibt es den Cherusker Park, den Victoria Park und den neuen Gleisdreieck Park.
In der Gegend gibt es viele nette Bars, Restaurants und Cafes, die Akazienstraße ist 10 Minuten zu Fuß
entfernt.
Sonst gibt es in unmittelbarer Nähe ein Boulderhalle, eine Beachvolleyballhalle, Yogastudios und Fitnessstudios.
Insgesamt handelt es sich eher um eine gemütliche Gegend für
junge Familien und StudentInnen.

The apartment is located on Leberstraße in Schöneberg in a 30 zone. The S1 and numerous buses (204,104,106) drive 1 minute away and the circular train is one stop away.
The connection is perfect, Mehringdamm and Potsdamer Platz are 10 minutes away, the Alex 20 minutes.
The M85 and M48 are also 5 minutes away. An Edeka is a minute and Aldi, DM
and Rossmann are 5 minutes away. In the area there is Cherusker Park, Victoria Park and the new Gleisdreieck Park.
There are many nice bars, restaurants and cafes in the area, and Akazienstrasse is a 10-minute walk
removed.
Otherwise there is a bouldering hall, a beach volleyball hall, yoga studios and fitness studios in the immediate vicinity.
Overall, it is more of a cozy area for young families and students.
Hallo erstmal. Ich bin Niko, 33 Jahre alt und auf der Suche nach einer temporären MitbewohnerIn. Ich würde mich als ruhigen, toleranten Typen beschreiben, der den Sommer gerne mit Beachvolleyball und Surfen verbringt und im Winter möglichst im Süden Europas den Sommer verlängert. Neben der Arbeit als Ingenieur mache ich viel Sport und bin gerne für den gelegentlichen Kochabend oder Bierchen zu haben, wie es sich halt ergibt!

I would describe myself as a quiet, tolerant guy who likes to spend the summer playing beach volleyball and surfing and, if possible, extend the summer in the south of Europe in the winter.
