We’re flexible with the details—the most important thing is that all four of us get along and feel comfortable and happy at home. 🦄 You can move in March or April, as it suits you best.
We are looking for a new flatmate latest by April 1st, as our current flatmate Nandi is moving in with her boyfriend.
Preferably, we are seeking someone for a long-term stay.
The flat is spread over two floors:
- **1st floor**:
The shared space is including a large living room with an open kitchen, balcony, and a guest WC. Fully furnished and ready to be enjoyed also by you. :)
- **2nd floor (downstairs)**:
Four private rooms for each of us, a shared bathroom, and a storage/washing room.
The corridor is huge as well and we use it also as storage and wardrobe. In this order you can enjoy more of your private space.
You will also enjoy another huge terrace - this one is only for you and Gabby as it’s accessible from your and her room.
-**Rooftop:
The building has a shared rooftop where we enjoy sunrises and sunsets over the Rathaus Schöneberg with an after-work drink.
Located in Schöneberg, nearby the lively Akazienstrasse.
Many shops, bars and restaurants nearby.
Very well connected, public transport super close by (buses, Ringbahn and U-Bahn)
We’re all working and in our mid-30s with diverse interests and passions.
During the week, we enjoy a relaxed atmosphere. For us, our shared living arrangement isn’t just about splitting costs and responsibilities. It’s about creating a mini-community where we can ideally share some hobbies and interests (without being together 24/7, of course—we all have our own busy lives). It's important to us that all four of us feel comfortable, free, and happy in this home.
Here’s a bit about us:
**Gabby**: She is 34 years old architect. She lived in Berlin for a bit more than three years. She loves arts and being creative, especially in winter. During the summer, you'll usually find her outdoors—cycling, enjoying the sun, swimming, or camping. She unwinds with nature, sports, parties, dinners, and exploring Berlin and Brandenburg. Her newest hobby is kitesurfing and she is pretty much spending all of her holidays for that.
**Cyntia**: She is 34 years old and works in online marketing. She loves design, creative writing and books. Sport ist a must do for her, either going to the gym, spinning or bouldering. She also enjoys going out with friends for dinner and clubbing. However, her greatest relaxation is nature. She loves to go for walks in the Volkspark Wilmersdorf (5 mins away from our house).
**Ricardo**: He is 30 years old, an engineer and our newest flatmate, though you wouldn’t know it—he fits in seamlessly! A talented cook, he has the magical ability to turn random ingredients into delicious meals. When he’s not in the kitchen, you’ll find him cycling, playing volleyball, or braving ice baths for fun.
Together, we have a natural, spontaneous free flow without obligations or expectations towards each other.
We’re a sociable, active bunch who value a good mix of shared dinners, fun outings, and personal space. If this sounds like your vibe, we’d love to hear from you!
