We are subletting a beautiful fully furnished room for a short term period and looking for someone who will take care and enjoy the space.
The room also offers an access to a private terrace, shared with one other flatmate, perfect for relaxing or enjoying some fresh air.
The Flat:
Spread across two spacious floors:
1st Floor:
• A large shared living room with an open, fully equipped kitchen.
• Another balcony for everyone to enjoy.
• A guest WC.
2nd Floor:
• Four private rooms, one for each of us.
• A shared bathroom and a storage/washing room.
• A spacious corridor used as storage and wardrobe, giving you more private space overall.
• Rooftop:
The building features a shared rooftop where you can enjoy sunrises and sunsets over Rathaus Schöneberg, often paired with an after-work drink!
Located in Schöneberg, nearby the lively Akazienstrasse.
Many shops, bars and restaurants nearby.
Very well connected, public transport super close by (buses, Ringbahn and U-Bahn)
We’re a relaxed and friendly WG of working professionals in our mid-30s with diverse interests and passions. During the week, we enjoy a calm atmosphere, sharing a friendly chat while cooking, heading to sports, or going for walks.
