I (adult educator/yoga instructor) am renting out my beautiful balcony room. It features a loft bed (120x180 cm) as well as a sofa bed, accommodating up to 4 people. My apartment is in an old building and is a charming old lady with creaky wooden floors. The room costs €35 per night (minimum 2 nights). For each additional person, the price increases by €10. The price also includes excellent Wi-Fi, heating, and electricity. Registration is not possible.

Ich (Erwachsenbildnerin/ Yogalehrerin) vermiete mein schönes Balkonzimmer. Es verfügt über ein Hochbett (120x180 cm) sowie ein Schlafsofa und bietet damit max. 4 Personen eine Schlafmöglichkeit. Meine Wohnung befindet sich in einem Altbau und ist ein schöne alte Dame mit knarrendem Dielenboden. Das Zimmer kostet 35 EUR/ Nacht (mind. 2 Übernachtungen). Für jede weitere Person erhöht sich der Preis um jeweils 10 EUR. Im Preis sind auch schnelles WLAN sowie Heizung und Strom enthalten. Eine Registrierung ist nicht möglich.
Das Zimmer ist noch an folgenden Terminen frei: 18.10.-8.11., 15.-22.11., 29.11.-06.12.24

Schöneberg ist eine ruhige Gegend mit vielen Parks (Viktoriapark, Park am Gleisdreieck, Schöneberger Südgelände), Restaurants, Bars und netten kleinen Geschäften.
Verkehrsanbindung
Der nächstgelegene Bahnhof ist nur 5 Minuten entfernt (Julius Leber Brücke). Von dort sind es nur 10 Minuten mit dem Zug zum Potsdamer Platz, Brandenburger Tor. Das Flugfeld Tempelhof ist mit dem Fahrrad in 10 Minuten zu erreichen.

Schöneberg is a quiet area with lots of parks (Viktoriapark, Park am Gleisdreieck, Schöneberger Südgelände), restaurants, bars and nice little stores.
Getting around
The closest station is only 5 minutes away (Julius Leber Brücke). From there it is only 10 minutes by train to Potsdamer Platz, Brandenburg Gate. Tempelhof airfield is 10 minutes by bike.
