A cozy room with a gaming monitor setup, wardrobe and coffee table. It's spacious and warm. Available from 14th December 2024 to 31st January 2024.
S Bahnhof Schöneweide at a walking distance of 8mins. Bus Route 165 at a walking distance of 5 mins.
You can reach the central station in 37 mins. You can reach the airport in 35 mins.
There are a couple of supermarkets - Kaufland and Edeka - at a walking distance of 13 mins! You also have an Apotheke, a Mediamarkt and Decathlon there.
We are chill roommates who keep in touch with each other and are extremely tolerant! We only ask that you take part in cleaning the kitchen and WC every week :)
It's located close to S Schöneweide (8 min walk) which provides accessibility to the central station (37 mins) and all major parts of Berlin. Well connected by bus and tram as well. There are supermarkets at a distance of 13 min (Kaufland, Edeka, Decathlon, Rewe). You can take a quick walk to the riverside (6 min) and go across to Oberschöneweide across the Kaisersteg.
Your flatmates will be Ashutosh, who's working full time and Luna, who's completing her Bachelor's. It's a very chill WG, we share responsibilities and tasks for the common areas, as well as the basics such as dish soap or cooking oil.
The kitchen has a microwave, oven, toaster, freezer and mixer. The WC has a tub and washing machine. Utensils are shared, so it's okay if you don't have too many of your own. WLAN is available at decent speeds (100mbps).
