The room is about 18m², the largest in the apartment, and comes with a balcony. On sunny days, the natural light is excellent. The room is furnished with basic furniture, including a desk, chairs, a wardrobe, and a sofa. You can move in directly without any worries. The apartment has basic kitchen facilities, a refrigerator, and a washing machine. The building also has an elevator.

Das Zimmer ist ca. 18m² groß, das größte Zimmer der Wohnung, und hat einen Balkon. An sonnigen Tagen gibt es hervorragendes Tageslicht. Das Zimmer ist möbliert, mit einem Schreibtisch, Stühlen, einem Kleiderschrank und einem Sofa. Man kann sofort einziehen, ohne sich um Möbel kümmern zu müssen. Die Wohnung verfügt über eine Küche mit Grundausstattung, einen Kühlschrank und eine Waschmaschine. Das Gebäude hat außerdem einen Aufzug.
The location is near Rathaus Spandau, in a very quiet area. A Penny supermarket and a bus stop are just a 3-minute walk away, and the bus takes only 5-10 minutes to reach Spandau station. Public transport is convenient, and the RB/RE trains provide quick access to the city center.

Die Wohnung befindet sich in der Nähe von Rathaus Spandau in einer sehr ruhigen Gegend. Ein Penny-Supermarkt und eine Bushaltestelle sind nur 3 Gehminuten entfernt. Der Bus braucht nur 5-10 Minuten bis zum Bahnhof Spandau. Die Verkehrsanbindung ist sehr gut, und mit den RB/RE-Zügen kommt man schnell ins Stadtzentrum.
I will move out around the end of February. One of the current roommates, a German, will also move out soon. The other roommate is a Nigerian university student, who is quiet and introverted but very friendly and easy to communicate with. Ich werde Ende Februar ausziehen. Eine meiner Mitbewohnerinnen, eine Deutsche, wird ebenfalls bald ausziehen. Die andere Mitbewohnerin ist eine nigerianische Studentin, die ruhig und introvertiert ist, aber sehr freundlich und kommunikativ. Nach dem Einzug könnt ihr gemeinsam Regeln für die WG besprechen, z. B. die Aufteilung des Putzplans und der Nebenkosten.
Due to work reasons, I need to leave Berlin, so I hope to find someone to take over my room as soon as possible. I am only responsible for house viewing, landlord will handle the detail of contract with you.
Additionally, the rent does not include internet. The internet costs need to be split among the three tenants.
Since this is a women-only WG, the landlord prefers to rent the room to a female tenant, so unfortunately, male applicants will not be considered.

Da ich aus beruflichen Gründen aus Berlin wegziehen muss, suche ich bis spätestens Ende Februar eine Nachmieterin. Ich bin nur für die Wohnungsbesichtigung verantwortlich, der Vermieter wird die Vertragsdetails mit Ihnen klären.
Zusätzlich ist die Internetgebühr nicht in der Miete enthalten und wird unter den drei Mitbewohnerinnen aufgeteilt.
Da es sich um eine Frauen-WG handelt, möchte der Vermieter die Wohnung nur an eine Frau vermieten. Männliche Bewerber können leider nicht berücksichtigt werden.
Bitte senden Sie mir eine kurze Selbstvorstellung mit Ihrem Hintergrund und geben Sie die Zeiten an, zu denen Sie die Wohnung besichtigen können. Vielen Dank!
