It is a 5-minute walk to the U9 Bahn Schloßstr or you can use the S1 at Rathaus Steglitz.
-It is suitable for one person
-You must show proof of financial means.
-The kitchen is cozy as well as the bathroom with a shower and washer.
Please, only serious inquiries and be prepared to leave a hold deposit, if you like it but can't decide right away.

Ich vermiete ein Raum in Steglitz 😃 Es sind 5 Minuten Fußweg zur U9 Bahn Schloßstr oder man kann die S1 am Rathaus Steglitz benutzen.
-Es ist für eine Person.
-Die finanziellen Mittel müssen Sie nachweisen.
-Die Küche ist gemütlich, ebenso das Bad mit Dusche und Waschmaschine.
Die Kaution beträgt eineinhalb Monatsmieten plus Möbel.
Bitte nur ernsthafte Anfragen und seien Sie bereit, eine Kaution zu hinterlegen, wenn es Ihnen gefällt, Sie sich aber nicht sofort entscheiden können.

The flat is located in Steglitz, near Schlossstrs, where there are many shopping centers and endless stores. There are many international food places from Asian markets, Korean cuisine, Japanese, and of course Thai and Vietnamese. There is also a Colombian coffee truck at Rathaus Steglitz square. Closer to Walter Schreiber Platz, you have a gluten-free bakery that makes the best-baked goodies I can find in Berlin. As well as many vegan options and bio markets.
Near the flat, you have a small park that's great for exercising or simply catching some sun. And all the big parks and lakes are no more than 20 min away. It is very convenient to get to Charlottenburg, Schöenberg, and even Kreuzberg. I really enjoy living here because you have a quiet block to live on and close to the action. It's also easy to get to the new airport on the S Bahn.
