Da wir 2 Monate Elternzeit in Brandenburg verbringen werden, vermieten wir über den Sommer 3 Zimmer in unserer traumhaften Dachgeschosswohnung. Die Wohnung liegt direkt am Bosepark weshalb der Blick raus sehr grün ist. Die Wohnung hat zwei Badezimmer, eine offene Küche und eine Terrasse mit Grill, die als Außenküche genutzt werden kann.
Kaution beträgt 500 €.
Zwei der Zimmer sind bereits an Adriano (29) aus Italien und Fran (35) aus Spanien vermietet. Bei dem anderen Zimmer handelt es sich um ein licht-durchflutetes Turmzimmer mit Blick in den Bosepark. Das Zimmer ist mit einem Schreibtisch, einem Schrank, einer Kommode, einem Regal, einem 1,40er Schlafsofa und einer 1m breiten Matratze ausgestattet, die auch mit 1,40er ersetzt werden könnte.

As we will be spending 2 months of parental leave in Brandenburg, we are renting out 3 rooms in our fantastic top floor apartment over the summer. The apartment is located directly at the Bosepark, which is why the view is very green. The apartment has two bathrooms, an open kitchen and a terrace with barbecue that can be used as an outdoor kitchen.
One of the rooms is already let to Adriano (29) from Italy and the other one to Fran (35) from Spain. The other room is a light-flooded tower room with a view of Bosepark. The room is furnished with a desk, a wardrobe, a chest of drawers, a shelf, a 1.40m sofa bed and a 1m wide mattress, which could also be replaced with a 1.40m wide one.
Die Wohnung liegt im schönen und grünen Altstadtkern von Tempelhof, zwischen Lehne- und Bosepark mit schönen Liegewiesen und Spielplätzen. Die U6-Haltestellen Kaiserin-Augusta-Straße und Alt-Tempelhof erreicht Ihr jeweils in ca. 5 und die nächste Ringbahnstation in ca. 10 Gehminuten. Zum Tempelhofer Feld, dem lebhaften Bergmannkiez in Kreuzberg oder zum Winterfeldmarkt in Schöneberg ist es also nicht weit.

The apartment is located in the beautiful and green old town center of Tempelhof, between Lehne- and Bosepark with beautiful lawns and playgrounds. The U6 stops Kaiserin-Augusta-Straße and Alt-Tempelhof are both around 5 minutes away and the nearest Ringbahn station is a 10-minute walk. Tempelhofer Feld, the lively Bergmannkiez in Kreuzberg or the Winterfeldmarkt in Schöneberg are not far away.
Das WG-Leben könnt ihr in Absprache mit Adriano und Fran so gestalten, wie ihr es gut findet. Für uns ist wichtig, dass sorgsam mit unserer Wohnung umgegangen wird, sodass wir sie am Ende wieder so übernehmen können wie wir sie zurückgelassen haben und die Nachbar*innen nicht durch ständige Partys belästigt werden.

In consultation with Adriano and Fran, you can organise life in the shared flat however you like. It is important to us that our apartment is treated with care so that we can take it back in the same condition as we left it and the neighbors are not bothered by constant parties.
Es gibt einen Aufzug ins Zwischengeschoss. Fahrräder können im Hof abgestellt werden. Eine Putzfrau kommt alle zwei Wochen. Aktuelle Fotos von den Zimmern folgen.

There is an elevator to the intermediate floor. Bicycles can be parked in the courtyard. A cleaning lady comes every two weeks. Current photos of the rooms will follow.
