Die schöne 2-Zimmer Wohnung liegt im 1. OG des frisch energetisch sanierten Mehrfamilienhauses Eisenacher Str. 71 A. Der moderne Schnitt lässt die ruhige Wohnung offen und freundlich wirken. Der Flur bietet genügend Platz für Esszimmertisch plus Stühle oder andere Möbel. Die Küche ist hell und hat große Arbeitsflächen, einen Ofen mit 4 Kochplatten, eine Spülmaschine und einen Kühlschrank. Das geflieste Bad hat eine Dusche/Badewanne und eine Waschmaschine mit Trockner. Der Balkon bietet für die Sommerzeit genügend Platz für einen Tisch mit Stühlen und etwas mehr. Das zu vermietende Zimmer ist ruhig, und bekommt morgens viel Sonne. Im Zimmer steht aktuell ein großer Wandschrank mit viel Stauraum für deine Garderobe o.ä.
Das Titelbild ist aktuell, sämtliche anderen Bilder wurden von der Hausverwaltung gemacht. Bei Interesse schicke ich gern Bilder der belebten Wohnung.

This beautiful 2-room apartment is located on the 1st floor of the newly renovated apartment building Eisenacher Str. 71 A. The modern layout gives the quiet apartment an open and friendly feel. The hallway offers enough space for a dining room table plus chairs or other furniture. The kitchen is bright and has large work surfaces, an oven with 4 hotplates, a dishwasher and a fridge. The tiled bathroom has a shower/bathtub and a washing machine with dryer. The balcony offers enough space for a table with chairs and more for the summertime. The room for rent is quiet and gets plenty of sun in the morning. There is currently a large closet in the room with plenty of storage space for your wardrobe or similar.

Location
The house is located close to the Volkspark Mariendorf surrounded by shopping facilities of all kinds. Public transportation is within walking distance.The popular Tempelhofer Feld isn’t far.
Shared flat living
Robert introduces himself: He is a freelance media designer, photographer, artist and works part-time in exhibition events. As a full-time nerd, he spends a lot of his free time on the computer with games, motion graphics, music production etc., cooks occasionally and parties relatively rarely. He is a member of a photographer collective in Neukölln that regularly organizes club meetings and exhibitions. Robert (38 on paper, 26 at most in his head) wants a friendly and communal shared flat atmosphere with a fair division of labor. For him, a shared flat is not a purely functional living arrangement, but ideally a combination of individual life and community. The subletting contract is initially limited to 1 year; an extension is then possible by arrangement. Address registration is not a problem.

Robert stellt sich vor: Er ist freiberuflicher Mediengestalter, Fotograf, Künstler und arbeitet in Teilzeit in Ausstellungsevents. Als Full-Time Nerd verbringt er viel Freizeit am Computer mit Games, Motion Graphics, Musikproduktion etc., kocht gelegentlich und feiert relativ selten. Er ist Mitglied eines Fotografen-Kollektivs in Neukölln, das regelmäßig Clubtreffen und Ausstellungen organisiert. Robert (38 auf dem Papier, im Kopf höchstens 26) wünscht sich eine freundliche und gemeinschaftliche WG-Atmosphäre mit fairer Arbeitsteilung und ggf. gelegentlichen Unternehmungen. Die WG ist für ihn kein reines Zweck-Wohnverhältnis, sondern idealerweise eine Verbindung von individuellem Leben und Gemeinschaft. Der Untermietvertrag ist zunächst auf 1 Jahr befristet; eine Verlängerung ist dann nach Absprache möglich. Eine Adressanmeldung ist kein Problem.
Die Mitbenutzung des Abstellraums, der Wasch- und Spülmaschine/Trockner etc., sowie Balkon und Keller ist natürlich möglich und erwünscht. Die Wohnung ist voll ausgestattet. 🥦
