Das Zimmer ist nicht möbliert und kann nach deinen Wünschen eingerichtet werden.

The apartment is located about 15 minutes walking distance from Tempelhofer Feld and about 20 minutes walking (5 minutes by bicycle or bus) from Hermannstraße U-Bahn station.
Within walking distance, there is a Lidl supermarket directly up the street and several restaurants. The apartment is situated in a quiet residential complex with a large, green courtyard. Parks and playgrounds are directly across the street.

Die Wohnung liegt ca. 15 Gehminuten vom Tempelhofer Feld und ca. 20 Gehminuten (5 Minuten mit dem Fahrrad oder Bus) vom Ubahnhof Hermannstraße entfernt.
Fußläufig ist direkt ein Lidl (Straße hoch) und mehrere Restaurants. Die Wohnung liegt in einer ruhigen Wohnanlage mit großem, begrüntem Innenhof. Park und Spielplätze sind direkt gegenüber.
You would be living with Matthew. He works for a non-profit art gallery. Everything else you can talk about personally/ via phone, depending on if he will be present vor the viewing.
The shared apartment has a spacious kitchen that has been newly furnished with chairs, table, and kitchen units. The kitchen and the router are the property of the landlord and should be treated with appropriate care accordingly.
