I’m renting out one fully furnished room in a 2 room apartment for one month, from February 15, 2025, to March 15, 2025.
The apartment is fully furnished and has everything you need for a comfortable stay, including:
A fully equipped kitchen
A bathroom with a bathtub
Important:
Registration (Anmeldung) is not possible, as this is a short-term sublet for one month.
Smoking is not allowed.
The total rent is €440 for the entire period (all-inclusive) + €300 deposit.

The apartment is in a very quiet area. There are beautiful streets, lovely parks, and friendly neighbours. So, if you enjoy peace and quiet, you'll feel comfortable here. Oh, and the stunning Tempelhofer Feld is close by! :)
Public transport:
U-Bahn: U6 Kaiserin-Augusta-Straße (13 minutes on foot, 4 minutes by bike)
Buses: More than 6 different lines (3 minutes on foot)
S-Bahn: Priesterweg (5 minutes) or Südkreuz (8 minutes) by bike
Rewe, Lidl, and Kaufland are all nearby, as well as a swimming pool and a gym.
You might have the whole flat for yourself alone, but used only 1 room.
