The room is fully furnished, painted a few months ago and very comfortable, warm during the winter and cool during the summer.
As you see there is space for tons of clothes :)
The decoration is plain at the moment, no paintings for example but we can decorate it together or by yourself.
It has a brand new carpet and it would be nice not to walk with shoes there and preferably don't do heavy smoking.
It is available from 12/01/2025 and perhaps a bit earlier, also it can be extended for more than 3 months.
The rest of the house is a music recording studio therefore very friendly for musicians or music lovers but also quite for reading and studying.
The kitchen has all the equipment to make our lives easier plus a dishwasher and a robot vacuum cleaner. ( absolutely no fights about who is washing the dishes and cleaning the rest of the house is a one button job!! )
The bathroom curtain, which is in the photos, is a tarot image to inspire you every day!
The house is surrounded by supermarkets and malls.
It is between Kaiserin Augusta U6 and Ullstein U6.
Lots of beautiful parks and a few minutes away from Tempelhofer Feld.
I produce music in this house for some years, I always wanted to live inside a fully equipt studio surrounded by many kind of instruments and I do. I am open minded, I enjoy watching movies, reading tarot and trying to solve the everyday mystery of life. Cooking is my second biggest passion and I like to share my creations! So prepare for some new tastes. Let me know a few things about you and we can arrange a visit so we will meet in person.
You can freely play with my piano and my other music instruments or explore new music by listening my vast cd collection.
