The room is bright and quiet, perfect for someone looking for a retreat. It is fully furnished and provides everything you need for your stay. There is no space for smokers, as we prefer smoke-free air.
Die Wohnung liegt in zentraler Lage am Kaiserkorso 2, nur 200m zur U-Bahn-Station Platz der Luftbrücke und 100m zu den Buslinien 248 und M43. Supermärkte wie Rewe, Penny und ein Biomarkt sowie zahlreiche Essensmöglichkeiten sind gleich um die Ecke. Das Tempelhofer Feld liegt direkt gegenüber und eignet sich hervorragend für Spaziergänge, Sport oder einfach zum Entspannen. Der Viktoriapark ist auch nicht weit, und du bist in nur 10 Minuten im Bergmannkiez mit seinen vielen Cafés und Restaurants.
The apartment is centrally located at Kaiserkorso 2, just 200m from the U-Bahn station Platz der Luftbrücke and 100m from bus lines 248 and M43. Supermarkets like Rewe, Penny, and an organic market, as well as many dining options, are just around the corner. The Tempelhofer Feld is directly across, perfect for walks, sports, or simply relaxing. The Viktoriapark is also nearby, and you are only 10 minutes away from the Bergmannkiez with its many cafes and restaurants.
Wir suchen eine respektvolle, freundliche Person, die ihr eigenes Ding macht, aber auch gerne für tiefgründige Gespräche offen ist. Sauberkeit ist uns sehr wichtig – bitte melde dich nur, wenn du das ebenfalls schätzt. Wenn du Sport, Musik oder Tanzen magst, wäre das ein Plus, aber kein Muss. Viel wichtiger ist, dass du den Raum schätzt und ihn gut behandelst. Du kannst gerne kein Vegetarier sein, jedoch ist das Kochen von Fleisch in der Küche nicht erlaubt. Du kannst Fleisch von außerhalb holen und es zu Hause essen, aber Kochen in der Küche ist nicht gestattet.
We are looking for a respectful, friendly person who does their own thing but is also open to deep conversations. Cleanliness is very important to us, so please only reach out if you value this too. If you like sports, music, or dancing, that’s a plus, but not a must. More importantly, we want someone who appreciates and takes good care of the space. You can be a non-vegetarian, but cooking meat in the kitchen is not allowed. You are welcome to bring meat from outside and eat it at home, but cooking it in the kitchen is prohibited.
Die Wohnung ist sehr ruhig, sauber und komplett ausgestattet. Es gibt einen Aufzug, eine komplett eingerichtete Küche und, falls du Bettwäsche oder Decken benötigst, können wir diese zur Verfügung stellen. Wir haben auch regelmäßig Filmabende, zu denen du herzlich eingeladen bist. Das Zimmer wird für eine kurze Dauer vermietet, mit der Möglichkeit einer Verlängerung, aber das ist nicht sicher.
The apartment is very quiet, clean, and fully equipped. There is an elevator, a fully stocked kitchen, and if you need bedding or blankets, we can provide them. We also regularly host movie nights, and you are warmly invited to join. The room is being rented for a short term, with the possibility of an extension, but that is not guaranteed.
