Hallo zusammen,
wir suchen eine neue Mitbewohnerin für das vor kurzem freigewordene Zimmer unseres alten Mitbewohners
Die Miete beträgt warm 550 € pro Monat, all inclusive.
Die WG hat:
-einen geräumigen Flur, eine große vollausgestattete Küche,
-ein großes Bad mit Dusche, WC, Badewanne, Waschmaschine und zusätzlich ein kleines WC mit Toilette nochmal.
- 5 Schlafzimmer (Im Oktober werden wir also vermutlich zu fünft sein, denn es gibt noch ein freies Zimmer)
zu Fuß: 15 min zum Südkreuz; 10 min zur U6, 4 min zum Bus
Zum Zimmer: frei ab jetzt, asap
Das Zimmer ist schön hell, am Morgen und Mittag scheint die Sonne rein, voll möbliert mit Kleiderschrank, Sofa, Schreibtisch, Kommode und Bett
Aktuell wohnen wir hier zu dritt:
Salma: (deu/eng/arab)Unsere beste WG-Köchin und angehende Medizinstudentin
Olga (deu/eng/russ): studiert BWL
Und ich (Natalie) (deu/eng/esp) stecke gerade in der Phase meine Masterarbeit fertig zu schreiben
Eine Zweck-WG möchten wir nicht. Wir unternehmen auch gerne mal ab und an was zusammen oder treffen uns gemeinsam zum schnacken in der Küche

Hi y'all
We are looking for a new roommate for the recently vacated room of our old roommate
The rent is 550 € warm per month, all inclusive.
The flat share has:
-a spacious hallway, a large fully equipped kitchen,
-a large bathroom with shower, toilet, bathtub, washing machine and an additional small WC with toilet.
- 5 bedrooms (in October there will probably be five of us, as there is still one free room)
Public transport my foot: 15 min to Südkreuz; 10 min to the U6, 5 min to the bus stop
About the room: available now, asap
The room is nice and bright, the sun shines in in the morning and at noon, fully furnished with closet, sofa, desk, drawer and a bed
There are currently three of us living here:
Salma, 23: our best cook in the shared flat and a prospective medical student
Olga, 24: studies business administration
And me (Natalie) 27, am currently in the process of finishing my Master's thesis
We don't want a functional flat share. We like to do things together from time to time or meet up for chats in the kitchen
